Serenade Bot (Discord Bot)

- Discord Server Information: Server ID and name, channel IDs where the bot is used, server member counts.
- User Information: Discord User ID, username, Steam ID and achievement statistics (if linked), voice data (temporarily processed for transcription), messages sent to SerenadeAI.
- Usage Data: Commands used and their frequency, bot configuration settings, stream notification preferences.
How We Use Your Information
We use this data to deliver stream notifications and SerenadeAI chat responses, as well as to improve functionality, maintain security, and perform analytics.
Serenade Tools (Dashboard & Twitch Extension)
This section explains how Serenade Tools collects, uses, and protects information when you use our dashboard, Twitch extension, and request systems.
Information We Collect
- Account Information: Twitch/Clerk account details used for authentication.
- Viewer Request Data: Geometry Dash (GD) level IDs, Clone Hero (CH) song IDs, and the usernames of requesters using our extensions.
- Dashboard Settings: Configuration preferences for your community integrations, queues, and automation.
- Overlays & Assets: Custom user-uploaded images, audio, and overlay configurations. Uploaded files are stored securely on our servers until deleted by the user.
How We Use Your Information
We use this data to manage your live request queues, sync libraries, authenticate your dashboard sessions, store and serve your stream overlays, and provide real-time updates to your streaming integrations.
Data Storage, Security, & Sharing
We take reasonable measures to protect your data using industry-standard encryption. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Data is only shared with third-party services (such as Twitch, YouTube, Spotify, Steam) when necessary to provide functionality. We retain data only as long as necessary to provide our services.
